This is a 4 week guide you will download at purchase and is based off the LIVE program I offer in the gym January and February each year to give people a jump start to beginning their health and fitness journey. There are 4 lessons, and 4 workouts you will do from your own home. Learn how forward momentum equals progress and perfection is the enemy to it. Get started, and don’t look back! All you need is a couple sets of dumb bells, and the will to do the work! (5’s and 8’s are a great starting point at minimum and an exercise ball will be helpful.)
