Randomness, on a Monday

Happy Fall Yall!

I am so excited the weather is starting to cool down a bit and the mornings and evenings are enjoyable once again.

I just wanted to pop into your inbox and let you know some new fun things happening at Forever Fit!

1.       I have a new email! teriforeverfit@gmail.com

2.       I am getting ready to launch my brand new 60 day diet and nutrition protocol called #complete60. It is my toughest program to date, most strict you would say. I have been working so hard on it for you. I have a group of 9 people going through the program now, (I call them my Pioneers!) and will have the e-book available soon for purchase on the world wide web! Check out my website www.foreverfitidaho.com for all my online program options I have available if you are looking for something new to add to your health and fitness regimen.

3.       I have been running a group strength and conditioning class twice a week for boys age 6th-9th grade and it has been so fun. The boys are getting stronger and faster and I have found that as long as I work them super hard at the start, they’re quiet the whole class after😊😊

Really, that’s all I wanted to update you with. I hope you’re September is off to a great start and I want to leave you with the reminder that perfection isn’t the enemy to progress. Oftentimes, people feel like they don’t have time to do “everything!” to be healthy or fit, and so they do nothing. I’d like to encourage you, to do SOME THINGS even if it is just one or two things—because those one or two things over a course of a month or a few months really add up!
